I am Executive Chef Evelyn Jeanette, I am a certified Chef from East, Austin, TX.I fell in love with cooking as a small child sharing the kitchen with my mother. Trying to pick up all her tips and tricks. After working 10 years in the restaurant industry, I decided to go to culinary school to sharping my skills and grow my knowledge in various food groups. After graduating from Culinary School in 2018, I opened my own catering company in 2019. We have working hard ever since. I am proud to say we have some pretty nice success.
I want my company to be known for quality dishes, fresh ingredients, and constant great service. I truly have a passion to create and be great in my own local community.
